Our candidates undergo an extensive screening process prior to placements into work. The screening process includes steps such as:

• Interviewing
• Trade Testing
• Skills Testing
• Extensive reference checks
• Police Clearance (where applicable)
• Medical Clearances (where applicable)

Upon completion of the screening process, and prior to placement, candidates are taken through relevant induction processes. These vary depending on the requirements of the host employer/client. Our minimum requirements cover policies such as safety, codes of conduct, PPE, etc.
